Change of mind
Because safes are heavy, made-to-order in some cases, and installed on site, change-of-mind returns are assessed individually. Please contact us before returning any product so we can advise the best option.
Faulty products
All safes are covered by a manufacturer warranty. If your safe develops a fault, contact us with your details and model number and we will arrange assessment, repair or replacement in line with your consumer rights.
